ProLost reviews Celtx Script for iPhone and iPad

Celtx, a popular multi-platform screenwriting tool, has made its way to your iDevice. I was planning of doing a nice little write-up, but Stu Maschwitz from ProLost beat me to the punch.  He’s posted a terrific article covering many of the app’s pros and cons.  But I’m not going to sit here and review a review.

Enough talk.  Go read!

Shang-Chi Director Directed From His iPhone

I enjoyed reading this brief ScreenRant story, so I thought I’d share it here. It describes how Destin Daniel Cretton, the director of Marvel’s Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings, was forced to direct an important scene via his iPhone while in the hospital for the birth of his child! Sadly, it doesn’t divulge the details of that unusual workflow, but it’s an excellent reminder that we’re all toting the world’s most versatile piece of filmmaking gear in our pockets and purses!

  1. Hi Everyone!!

I know this is an article about Celtx but I work at Scripped.com and they just released a celtx version that lets you sync your Celtx scripts with Scripped.com, so you can write Online and offline. You can download it from sourceforge here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/scripped/files/ or by searching there for Scripped.

Check it out, it’s free! It’s same as celtx but also works with Scripped which is really convenient!!
