Vertical Video Syndrome – a new threat to iPhone filmmakers

Just because you CAN shoot vertical video with your iPhone, doesn’t mean you should.

I have to admit, I cringe every time I see a tall skinny video on YouTube and Facebook. Just watching a minute or two makes me want to take a shower. Thankfully, it appears I’m not alone.

To combat the epidemic of improperly formatted smartphone videos, Glove and Boots have released this important PSA. Enjoy, and make sure to pass it along to your horizontally-challenged filmmaking associates.
